It is very sturdy and stable in the usage with almost any brands of studio lights and flash devices up to approx. 6kg. The 2 section stand can be extended between 38 and 60cm and can be adjusted flexibly due to your requirements. The 5/8 spigot with 1/4 and 3/8 inch thread is also included. It can be attached on the top of the tripod or at the side. This stand can be fixed on the stable ceiling or solid wall with 4 large steel wall screws and plugs for extra security.
